Are there any costs for the service?
Nope. The only thing you’re paying is the rate charged by the restaurant support center talent. The rate will vary based on what the restaurant support center talent has set.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the person I’ve been paired with?
If you’re not satisfied with the restaurant support center talent we’ve picked for you, we’re more than happy to re-match you with another candidate. While our talent pool is strictly vetted, we also understand that there are additional considerations such as cultural fit that become important in ensuring a seamless match. We’ll set up a call with you to better understand how we can find a more compatible candidate for your brand.
How do you screen for candidates?
The team that manages RSCHire is comprised of restaurant industry talent that personally vets and sources every potential candidate. We also have an advisory board comprised of industry restaurant executives to ensure we’re consistently improving our talent pool, recruiting strategy, vetting process, and talent pairing.
Every potential candidate that joins RSCHire’s talent pool is thoroughly evaluated for the amount of and quality of experience, based on the role they’re applying for, to ensure we place candidates in roles that they fully qualify for. Each candidate is placed through an aggressive multi-round interview process that consists of a phone screening, video interview, and technical interview (if applicable).
What if I’m looking to apply for a role that isn’t listed?
If you’re a candidate that’s looking for a role that isn’t currently listed, please apply. We’re constantly working on adding more roles to RSCHire and once we’ve developed a strong enough talent pool, we’ll add the additional offering on our site for restaurant brands.
I’m looking to join RSCHire as a candidate. Is there a cost associated?
There is no cost to join as a candidate. For any contract opportunities provided through RSCHire, we charge a flat 10% fee to cover payment processing, as well as resource allocation to source the best brands and opportunities for you.

Where is your talent pool located?
We source talent only in the U.S. at this time.
Does RSCHire have talent that can physically work at the brand support center?
All talent works remotely, but there may be special circumstances where talent may be willing to work physically in your office. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis with the candidate.
What does talent on RSCHire charge?
Pricing is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to experience, specialization, location, as well as hourly rate set by each individual person.
We offer three options for brands to select from. A discount on rates is provided for part-time and full-time hours allocation:
This typically ranges between $50 – $200 an hour
Part-time is equivalent to 20 hours of work
Full-time is equivalent to 40 hours of work
Are there a required amount of hours or a monthly minimum?
No. There are no required minimums. Hire as often as you want for as long as you want. There are no costs for talent sourcing, terminations or long-term contracts.
How do I get billed for services?
We currently accept credit cards and ACH.
